What's the one tip you would give to anyone starting

Write it all down - and use an 'official' food diary if you have one (for some reason it seems more effective for me than using a notebook!) And as said before - don't guess your amounts. For things like cereal weigh / measure them out once and then note down whether it is a small / medium measuring cup amount and it will save time not having to get scales out next time you want it again.

Don't skip meals, don't cut back on your syns, keep a legal snack in your bag, read your book, drink lots of water, and of course come on here!
