Whats your shopping list?

Putting together a shopping list for the week and wondering what everyone else has.

Mine so far:

2-3 aubergines
Passata with onion and garlic x2
Grated Parmesan (or 50g solid Parmesan)
Big bag of carrots
White mushrooms or button mushrooms
1 sweet potato
3 scallops
Big prawn co cooked crayfish
Quorn mince
Petite filous
Alpen light bars x 3
Nimble bread (white)
Semi skimmed milk
Multipack skips
 
I make sure I've got lots of fruit in, oranges, bananas, sometimes melon and grapes.
Lettuce, cucumber, onions, carrots, sweet potato, etc
I get rice cakes, dutch crisp bakes etc, as they're portion controlled and nice for a snack,

Your list sounds good though :) are you a pescatarian? or just choosing not to eat meat?
 
I eat meat, but I'm picky about it. I already have a bit of beef in the fridge and that will do me.

You've reminded me I forgot about fruit! Adding grapes & bananas & satsumas right now!
 
Ahh, ok, I was just wondering.. I always love a bit of chicken, salad and croutons as a fall back meal :)
 
I do tend to love veggie options. Usually lower cals and no worries about fat or gristle!
