LOL, think of all the exercise you're doing, going up and down to the loo. :D

It gets better after a few days to a couple of weeks - your bladder's made from muscle and like all muscles when they're exercised, it'll get stronger each day. Pretty soon you'll be amazed by how much you can hang on to, LOL. :)
