When to eat or not to eat?

I'm sure I read somewhere (prob in SW literature) that with the SW principles, you can eat at any time - no more not eating after 6pm etc.

Is this right? - do other people eat to fit in with their own lifestyle - even if it is very late etc. - I understand it is ok to do so but it always seems wrong lol.

Eat when you're hungry, but make sure it's proper hunger and not dehydration :D
