I was wondering when I could expect to see some weight loss, it's very early days have only berm on SW for four days but I was curious when I might see a difference?
I would weigh yourself once a week and no more (tempting as it is). I invested in some digital bathroom scales and my mum (who's also on slimming world) keeps them in her car boot and just gets them out once a week for our weigh in. Sometimes only losing a lb a week you think it'll take forever but it's a amazing how quickly they add up. Good luck x
Definitely invest in some digital scales. They are a lot clearer to read and more accurate. I find it better to see that I've lost half a pound rather than a stay-the-same for confidence boosting as well!
And I wear glasses so digital are definitely better for me!
