Think thin
Hi folks
Not posted for a week or so as I went off the rails and totally lost the plot food wise! I am now back on track, well day 2 and so far so good.
Anyway I am determined to get to goal at some point in the future (hopefully by end of September :sigh and have been thinking about what I can do to help me maintain my weight. My OH does not have a massive appetite - if he has say pie, chips & veg - he asks for 6/7 chips and no more! Whereas I feel I need a right big handful . I am therefore thinking when I get to goal I will have the same size portions as him! I did think about getting some portion control pots from Rosemary Conley but not so sure. I def need smaller dinner plates!
