Where are my sweeteners?

Arrgh! so I get to work this morning and make my first cup of tea and then find that my sweeteners are not in my drawer!!! someone has stolen them so I've drank half of my cup of tea because I hate tea without sweeteners or sugar! I really want another cup but can't remember how many syns are in a teaspoon of sugar?!?! can anyone help?!?

Hope you find your sweeteners. I used to go into work and quite often found an iou saying he owed me a banana (or whatever) as he had gotten hungry.

haha an IOU!!! luckily i found some sweeteners in the kitchen drawer so i didnt have to waste my syns on sugar!!
