I have a personal grudge with Gluten (yeah cant eat the thing) so I have spent years browsing that isle, yet never noticed flax!!

I am quite sure they stick the same stuff on the same shelves in all Tescos. It has to be a case of me paying attention only to the yummy gluten free snacks
Having said that, I no longer think they are that yummy, so next time I am in Tesco I shall thank you for the info because I can't really wait to try out some of the Flax recipes.
