hi cf glad youre feeling perkier,i love ur posts,im not great at giving advice but i do like to cheer on people when their going for their weigh in or congratulate them afterwards,,keep up the great words,,and good luck tomorrow.im having my weigh in tomorrow too i would be really happy with 3lbs.xxxxxxxxxxxx
