I would def recommend the weigh watcher pro points plan! Its all normal food and fruit and most veg are free, so its easy to bulk out meals therefore stay full longer. I started doing this plan in mid Jan and I've lost 2st 2 1/2lb so far and thats with a couple of bad weeks lol. Good luck on which ever diet you choose!!:D

I'd agree, I've lost 2st 8lb since end of January. Only had 2 or 3 weeks where I didn't lose but even then, I didn't gain. You can eat loads, it's really flexible and I think it's simple to follow.

PP is the only one spoken about in classes/WW website, and all the foods are labelled for it too! (Well, most of them are, there's still some kicking about with discover points!)

I agree with everyone, PP is the better plan, much more manageable, 0pp fruit and most veg, weeklies for treats, it's pretty much awesome!
