Can I use white bread as a hex when on ee? Or is it only brown allowed?

The bread hex is all about how much fibre it has, so white bread (and brown bread, which is also low in fibre) would have to be synned. It's only wholemeal bread that counts for a hex.

There are actually several white breads you can use as a HEB - most people like to use Kingsmill Great White. You can have 60g as a HEB or two slices from a medium loaf would be HEB + 2 syns x

You can use white breads like Kingsmill Great White, yeah, but they're very much speciality breads with supplementary fibre added, I wouldn't necessarily lump them in with bog standard white bread.

This thread is sounding like a 2 Ronnies sketch lol
