I've been so good all week! Have my weigh in on Wednesday and including the wine I've only had about 30syns!
This is not like me at all, its my first week and I'm kinda proud of myself! can't wait to get on the scales!!

30syns in 5 days really isn't enough, I know it seems odd, but not using them will not be as beneficial as using them up.....honest
