whole wheat vs white?

Hi all.
Today when I was at Morrisons to pick up some ww pasta sauce I remembered that we had no normal pasta left in the house (kids eat gluten free) instead of white which I normally get I decided to get whole wheat. I know it is better for your health anyways but I was wondering if it makes a difference in points? or should I even just eat the gluten free one? what is everyones thoughts?

There is no difference in the points between the 2 but the wholewheat version will release its energy slower and help you stay fuller for longer ;)
