Does any one know how many syns are in Sainsbury snack size wholemeal rolls 8 in a pack, weigh about 40g each. Thanx x

you could use one as part of your HEb, but will be short 17g, as you can have a 57g wholemeal roll as your HEb.
But because there is no free food allowance, you can work them out by the calories using 1 syn = 20 calories.

Thanx for the suggestions, unfortunatly there is no calorific values on packaging as they are off bakery section, x x:cry:
