havent been to my cd for 3 weeks have enough shakes and have been weighing myself i thought i would lose track but no its still coming off only 11 pounds left for those of you struggling it is a hard diet but its mind over matter and you can do this i have and i have no will power what so ever have a good day all xxxxxxxx

Chambles I'm where you are now babe, i've been off track for 3-4 weeks now and in that time i've only lost 9lbs, sooooo from today onwards i'm gonna aim to lose 12lb by the end of may...your post has insired me!!!

Then I will only need to lose another 1st 7lb to be a normal BMI!

Your right babe COME ON EVERYONE WE CAN DO THIS!!! xxxx
