Well I blew it this week. :break_diet:
I've had a really tough week at home but that's no excuse for eating food, hardly drinking any water and ruining my diet. Never mind, a loss is still a loss and I'm going to get drinking water like a fish and being really strict this week. We've agreed to put my AAM week off until next week to help me get back on track to here's to this week - back to good losses I hope!!

Still not as much as I would like. I am wondering whether to knock the Physillum (Sp?) husk porridge on the head because that can be the only thing that is slowing me down.
