I'm currently doing some work stuff at the moment so haven't got time to update. Please bear with me and I'll be updating tomorrow sometime.

I don't know why i didn't see this before now. I planned a break from CD which went on longer than planned:rolleyes: but im back on track. My first WI is next wednesday, i think it's 3-4 weeks please correct me if im wrong.
I've smashed my goal guys, i lost 11bs two weeks worth of weigh ins. I'm now 16.2. So i'll be cheering you on. Cah Ching i'm waiting for the next challenge;)

I've just seen this, if that's the case i'd like to set a target of losing another 10lbs = 15 stones 8lbs

Still not as much as I would like. I am wondering whether to knock the Physillum (Sp?) husk porridge on the head because that can be the only thing that is slowing me down.


I'd suggest you drink more water. The husks will help keep you regular and help with eiminating water.

Aren't we doing well? I thought that, since we are half way through, I'd add up how much we've lost in total and guess what....

We've lost just over 165lbs between us!!

My numbers dont add up, im 18st 3lbs this morning which means ive lost 15lbs since the start of the challenge but my numbers add up to 13lbs. Ive gone wrong somewhere so gonna adjust one of the weeks to make it right.
 
Been back and checked and on week 2 i lost 4lbs not 2lbs so have found where i went wrong. Happy now!!
