I am nearly at 2.5 stone loss...

I don't think I have lost this week.. but not worried.. still have two more days and I know I have lost an inch round my waist so yay!!

Well I have lost 6 ounces haha! Think it might be totm coming? Very emotional but could be cause I have been poorly.

How come you can have so much on your signature... mine says I am at my limit and don't have half as much as some?

Yep really happy with the loses,slow but sure.Just bought some trousers in size 16!!!Have half elastic waist but hey 16!!!Was in 26 in summer.Brother in law printed some photos of me at a family do in July.OMG what a lard arse I was!Amazing what a difference 36lbs makes.My mate said I walk differently too!:8855:Thanks Stacy,your loss is great too,forgot how to put my sticker up!Help
