Why am I doing this to myself

I have been looking through recipes to sort what I want to do trial runs for (some will need checking before I cook for the hampers)

but its a DD and now I am really really hungry - I know I am not hungry but I so want to eat

its my own fault for going through all my old recipes and deciding how to change them
for this year - I wanted to do some practicing for tomorrow when I can do a bit of taste testing

I should have known the effect it would have on me

Oh dear, try and occupy yourself doing something else. Do you have any cals left for a little snack a bit later on?

well as you can all tell I did cope
it is so unlike me to feel out of control - as I find the dd easy - I think my biggest problem was eating to early - I can go until dinner time (evening without food) I ate at lunch - only because I had made the soup and wanted to try it
once fed my body expected more :)
