hey all, im feeling very frustrated at the moment as i have been being good for a few weeks now, and ive not lost any weight.
i can only assume its because i have done faddy diets (cabbage soup etc) in the past and lost like 7lbs in my first week, that i feel so disappointed that im not losing any at the moment.
you see i had major brain surgery in january this year, and because of lack of exercise etc i have put weight on. and i have tried these lose weight quick diets, that have worked temporarily, but they make me feel soooooo horrible. So i have been informed by my doctor that the only way i can lose weight is to do it the long "healthy" way, because my body is still healing from the surgery and i need all the nutrients i can get.
so i have been calorie counting and eating very healthy good food for 3weeks now, and exercising every other day (thats all im allowed to do) and i havent lost even 1lb of weight. is this normal?? is healthy weightloss this slow?? i feel like giving up.
