Why does it say you can make sachets up with milk? when do you do this?

    Hiya

    You don't make the packs up with milk while on any other programmes UNLESS you want to use your milk allocation to do so. So for example when on 790 if you don't want to drink the milk as milk you can mix it up with a pack.

    When in longer term maintenance you can use milk to mix up with packs as a nutritional suppliment but their is already milk protein / protein in all the packs.

    I used to make up the occasional shake with my milk allowance, hardly any difference in taste in my opinion.
