Its usaully friday nights I crave choccie so treat myself to a creme egg (8 syns) but they are my fave or a curly wurly which I think is less than5 syns but not too sure

Curly wurly is 6 syns and creme egg our c told us yesterday is 8.5. Skinny cow lollies are nice think they are 3 or 4 syns so not too bad. I can go all day not bothering or thinking about syns, but in the eve my "need syns" thing clicks in my head!!! LOL

It's syns time for me now. I'm struggling what to have, I don't have any choc in, I'm not drinking (not sure if my kidney infection has gone).

I've got myself some frozen berries out & I'll have them for supper with choc weetabix & fat free greek yogurt
