i did ww in 2011 and it took ages to lose weight, ive lost 3 stone on cambridge and have another 1 stone to lose. thought id try ww again but im so confused. before it was just propoints, now its healthy start, filling and fulfilled or something ....can someone provide an idiot guide to the difference in them. I want to lose weight quickly and i understand the pro points. i dont need a gentle introduction if thats what healthy start is. can someone help?
