WHY OH WHY!!!!

Hi All,

well not been on for a while it was my fellas suprise 30th at the weekend and i totally went crazy (have checked scales and not put any weight on) but i am so so so hungry i dont seem to be easing at all this is worse that when i furst began this diet and i so regret have the weekend off now didnt realise how bad i would feel but i am so happy that i have not put on ...when should i feel back to normal

Anyone out there thinking of cheating DONT DO IT!!!

I admire you hun - it would have been very easy for you to just give up on LT for good but you haven't and thats great!
We are all behind you try to stay positive and I am sure ketosis is not far away.

Not wanting to be the bearer of bad news or anything but......

I know someone who had a crafty meal and the weight didn't go on until 3 days later! However, you may just have got away with it :whistle:

You should be fine soon, but I have heard it is harder to cope with 2nd time round. Bear with it though, do not accept defeat!!

drink loads of water and take a dulcolax if need be ,
