    Why do I do it? Ive been so good but have just sat and ate 4 custard creams that I didnt even want!

    Im gonna ruin my chances of loss at weigh in on monday now.:break_diet:

    4 custard creams aren't going to affect a weigh in for monday unless you give up now - (I had 2 cup cakes and pizza last week and still lost) just try to stay on track or use flexible syns x

    Don't worry about it. I put the biscuits on the top shelve out of sight, if I can't see them I don't want them & tbh I don't really want biscuits these days, it's the wine & chocs which are my downfall:p

    Dont beat yourself up about it, count your syns for it and carry on, whatever you do dont give up, as said above this will only effect your WI if you give up until then.

    It's only 12 Syns hon - pick yourself up and have 3-4 Syns less a day between now and WI.

    Definitely don't give up!!
