    is sw not working for me , i am doing red and green days and seem be going up instead of sown , i got to goal with ww and while i found it easier to loose the weight with ww i like the sw plan just would like the weight to come off so at the min am toying with the idea of ging back to ww but dont like the thought of counting points again . realy need some advice .

    Have you posted what you are eating incase there are some extra syns creeping in?

    I find slimming world the easiest to stick to of all the diets I've tried (and there have been a few!!)

    have got an food diary which i started and am writng everthing down maybe i am eatin too much

    make sure you are eating loads of speed foods - they will help with losing weight faster xxx

    Read this thread and see if any of it applies to you. it is quite an eye opener. http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world/135493-confession-time-all.html Record things before they go into your mouth not after. On a prgramme i watched recently it said that when people write food diaries they often under write by 33% They miss out the mouthful of their kids left overs or the mint at the end of a meal or the last dribs in a bottle of milk etc. See if you can spot where things may not be 100% to plan xx

    Why don't you post your food diary on the diary section and we'll take a look at it for you. It's difficult to say what might be happening without knowing what and how much you are eating, and about other things that might be impacting on it such as exercise and fluid intake. But most importantly, don't give up - it's a journey and maintaining is in many ways harder than losing.
