i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !
is sw not working for me , i am doing red and green days and seem be going up instead of sown , i got to goal with ww and while i found it easier to loose the weight with ww i like the sw plan just would like the weight to come off so at the min am toying with the idea of ging back to ww but dont like the thought of counting points again . realy need some advice .
