thats the way to do it , get over it and move on :) we all do it , and every time we do it shows us how bad it makes us feel so makes us less likely to do it again , so in some ways its not a bad thing :) Your body will use up the carbs in the rice fairly quickly and if you even come out of ketosis , it wont be for long :)
i dont think im even in ketosis yet lol i have only restarted today!
tbh i think its jus stress, ive started this training at work and it is mad hard so needed some mental energy!! but ive just joined that 100 days @ 100% so maybbeee that will keep me going x
