Lipotrim Madness..... compliments my personality! : )
    Hi all!

Well I had a double WI today and wasn't expecting to have lost as much as I did.... 6.6lbs!

I know that it is a double whammy, but considering it is that totm and what happened last month, I thought I would lose maybe 4lbs and not much more. HOORAY! So although I was only there for a short time I have now said goodbye and see ya (forever.... well that's the plan :p) to the 11's and yippeedodahday to the 10's!

But, on a slightly different note; I haven't been in work for 2 weeks due to being on holiday (unfortunately I didn't go anywhere nice as OH went on a stag do to Edinburgh *sigh* but at least I got a kilt out of it!) and all of a sudden people have noticed that I have lost weight. Now, not that I mind or anything, but why is it people only really notice when at least 2 stones have gone? I know that 6lbs is a lot to lose in 2 weeks, but I don't think it is as drastic as the weight loss I had before hand.......

Just wondering if it has been the same for everyone else.

    Rock 'n' Roll people xxx

    Hi hun,

I had 8 stone to lose at the start so I would say nobody really noticed much until I lost about 2.5 to 3 stone.

I think when you first lose people think you look well but can't pinpoint what it is. Also people don't always want to comment unless they are sure for fear of offence.

Well done on your loss you are going really great x

Yep I agree.....it takes 1.5 - 2 stone for people to notice in me too! But when they do notice...!!!! It is brill!

A male client said to me once....."I don't know if it is appropriate for me to say I think you've lost a lot of weight and look great!" To which I replied "Oh that is VERY appropriate! It is ONLY inappropriate to notice when I put up weight!"

Well done on the loss hun
As for people not noticing I just think they get used to seeing ya gradually shrink & seeing ya everyday they dont really look at ya (if you know what I mean). At least a few compliments are starting & That must make ya so proud of yaself :)
