My exercise is walking my dog at least once a day for an hour - most days twice if im working good shifts. I try to walk for as far as i can in 40-50 mins and walk jog the way back. i dont eat my AP- i dont even calculate them. I have a cake or chocolate or something nice everyday.
but here is a typical day. As of last Wi im on 23 points a day (started at 26).
