    Thanks I always lose slow the 6lbs was a nice surprise....would you mind me asking what do you eat each day ,do you have a food diary on here? Also what exercise do you do? Thanx xx

    sorry no food diary on here but i think i will start one! i use the online tracker for ww.

    My exercise is walking my dog at least once a day for an hour - most days twice if im working good shifts. I try to walk for as far as i can in 40-50 mins and walk jog the way back. i dont eat my AP- i dont even calculate them. I have a cake or chocolate or something nice everyday.

    but here is a typical day. As of last Wi im on 23 points a day (started at 26).

    Brekkie

    probiotic drink 1
    2 slices of WW mated danish bread 1.5
    1 tin of ww tuna/sweetcorn/mayo 1

    Elevenses

    alpen light bar 1


    Lunch

    Medium jacket potato 2.5
    tablespoon and a half of cheese 1.5
    salad 0
    apple 0.5

    Dinner

    225g of pasta 3
    130g tuna in oil 4
    onion + mushroom
    3tablespoons light cesear dresing 0.5


    pudding

    2 pancakes ang ww yog 2.5

    evening snacks

    crunchie 3.5
    apple 0.5

    Many thanx for showng your food diary,its looks similar to what I do,I'll have to come borrow your doggy :D
    Are you enjoying the plan and do you feel its what you will always do now?
