Know what you mean....had the same result this week myself.
I try to be positive about ANY losses, no matter how small,......but - there's no doubt about it, just losing a half a pound does kind of scupper my target and goals plans.....
Ah well, maybe we'll see a rollover result next week!
1/2 is 1/2..I lost that this week....As long as I lose its ok...
It may take a bit longer to get to target, but its the right direction..
