WI tonight and i've eaten like a trooper!!!!

    Eaten really well this week, done exercise too!!
    And this morning i have had:

    B:2 alpen light bars
    L: spicey meat balls
    1 apple, melon, french fries (4.5 syns) milk buttons (snack packet 4.5 syns) malteasers (snack pack5 syns)

    THATS LIKE 14 syns already!!!!!


    Roll on the gain at WI today :(

    Oh dear, well they are all light items at least you haven't eaten a jacket potato or anything heavy. You have time yet to undo your munching:D and good luck
