That's still really good! Your supposed to aim for 1 to 2 pound a week so ur doing great! :D

Try writing everything you are eating down with the points to calculate how much points you are eating and then how much you can save for the weekend. The best alcoholic drink is vodka and diet juice 'cause it's only a point per measure!!:D:D
