Wii Fit and Food

In the week I tend to go on the wii fit when I get in from work (around 6.30ish), this is usually the time I sit down for food. So time I finish and have a shower, I'm not sitting down to have something to eat until about 8.30 ish and then I can't finish it.

Am I doing this right or is it easier to eat first before exercise? I usually do the free step jogging and dont fancy doing that on a full stomach! lol

i normally eat then leave it about an hour before exercise, just because i go in the mornings to the gym and if i havent eaten i would probably not feel very well

I always eat and leave an hour 1/2 before I do any exercise. I could never exercise on an empty stomach - I wouldn't have enough energy!
