will an extra 100 cals a day make a difference?

How long did it take to lose the 10 at 1100? If you lost it fairly fast then adding the extra 100 shouldn't be a problem as your deficit is still fairly large? It's only 700 cals a weeks and each pound of loss needs 3500 so any slowing of your losses should be quite small? If that makes sense!
If your very close to goal then it may have more of an effect but in all honesty I'd say that it's better to take a bit longer getting there than risk falling off plan from the strain!!!

It's taken me a couple months roughly. I'm already in a healthy bmi, but nowhere near what I was before I had my baby.
I ate crap last week and still lost a lb, I ate a little better this week although not 100% to plan and sts, so I guess that's why I was worrying. Maybe I'll just give it a go and see what happens!
