I started SW last Nov. It wqs great, I was eating healthy and lost 10lbs before Xmas. I gained some back over Xmas, but started losing again, although very slowly.
Now, clearly the obvious thing to do was abandon the tried and tested method mess about for a bit and then join WW watchers...
Granted it has only been 2 weeks, but I'm eating junk I don't think i've ever been as unhealthy.
So, I was wondering if you would have me back? Pleeeeease! I'll try not to just disappear again!! :wave_cry:
