    Monday 13th September
    Breakfast: 2Chocolate Weetabix 2
    Midmorning snack: Activia Low Fat Yoghurt an apple
    Lunch: Mug shot and an apple
    Dinner: Lamb meatballs with a tomato sauce made with passata, onions and carrots. Served with spaghetti
    Evening Snack: Quavers (Tesco’s had sold out of Cheesy Curls! :0( ) 4.5
    HEXA used on milk throughout the day

    Total Syns: 6.5

    Tuesday 14th September
    Breakfast: 2Chocolate Weetabix 2
    Midmorning snack: Activia Low Fat Yoghurt and some grapes
    Lunch: Bachelors savoury rice with extra peppers and onions, and an apple.
    Dinner: Chicken stir fry with lots of veggies and noodles. I’ve used half chow mein sauce sachet (1.5)
    Evening Snack: a small slice of chocolate cake. I know I shouldn’t guess but it’s home made so I haven’t a clue (10)
    HEXA used on milk throughout the day

    Total Syns: 13.5
