wk 1 - 5lb off

Im a little disappointed with only 5lb as my first week but its been a tough week with migraine so spent much of the week on 810 plan, so taking that into account, its ok. New week now so im looking forward and hoping for about the same loss this week with SS+ X

5lb is good!! Youre 5lb less than you were last week! Migraines are awful, can totally understand why it's been harder for you, but it's another week now! And more lbs to be lost! x
