That should motivate you for the rest of the week. With regards to being drawn towards food - sadly that is a battle we are all facing every day - some days are easier than others and we are only human but when you are thinking about food just remember the great loss you have had and the reasons why you are doing this. Have a hot sweet coffee or tea and that might take the edge off a bit.

You will succeed at this and will be at goal in no time :D :D
