I've just come back from my week 15 weigh-in and must admit I'm in shock. According to their scales I lost 9 and a half pounds this week! This is totally mad because I didn't even lose that on my first week on LT! Not sure whether to believe it or not. The only things I can think I have done differently this week are that maybe I have drunk a little more and I have also started exercising again after a break for the school holidays. Can't get the grin off me face! xx
