I gained 4 pounds.. urghhhhh

just yesterday it was my daughters 1st birthday i didnt have that much to eat !! but obviousley carbs!!

back on it today just had pot and leak soup.. yum yum

back for my 9th weigh in 2nd jan..

I agree-just water...you'll be fine next weigh in.
It's my youngest daughter's birthday today but I am not having any food(I'm allowing myself a limited break on Xmas Eve and Xmas Day)
