Morning all!

Hope that everyone is well today??

Just wanted to come and share another loss this week.... 4lbs!!

That has now taken my total loss to 19lbs (1 stone 5lbs) in 3 weeks!

I'm really pleased...so is Adam

I thought I may have over indulged yesterday as well. Having 1 1/2 pints of cider, and having a carvery...

But yay!

Sneaky weigh ins are evil!

I did a couple Tuesday/Wednesday and was the same weight...no budge...but it dropped off today!! Woo!

Im now in the 17s...next goal is to get to the 16s!

I feel so happier knowing that the weight is coming off....

Adam even bought me a card at the weekend which said "Congratulations" on it...I asked him why..and he just replied he was proud that I was losing the weight and was happy to see me happy.

To me, that makes this journey even more worthwhile

Absolutely no idea! haha

Just drinking the shakes...I dont even get all my water in everyday :/

I went to aqua aerobics twice this week...trying to burn some fat that way as well...cos I HATE the gym with a passion!

I even went crazy with 1 1/2 pints yesterday!!
