Hey,
I am so concious on the treadmill when I'm running (HA I only run for like 2 or 3 mins at a time) but when I do I feel so unstable and all over the place I really have to concentrate on my feet or else I'd be on my bum on the floor. Does anyone else feel like this?
Also when I am running the reason I stop is because I am out of breath also cause my shins are giving my agony. I believe this could be caused by unsuitable footwear but I am clueless about running trainers. At the moment I wear normal trainers, with velcro.
There are no specialist shops in town for running shows afaik only places like jb sports and sports world or something.
I'd imagine they would sell that running trainers but I don't know how knowledgable the staff would be, most are teenagers.
