Mine has appeared to turned up 5 days early :sigh:
Never happened before in my life . Has this happened to anyone else when they've lost weight ?

it could be hun sometimes large weightloss will effect your star week is it definately full on or could it be spotting?

My * week used to turn up every 6-8 weeks, then when I lost weight it started turning up every 4 weeks. Not impressed, lol! Losing weight can regulate periods though, so I wouldn't worry too much xx

Hello ladies...

I was about to post a thread similar to this one so glad I saw this. Basically I joined 2 weeks ago and have my wi on a Tuesday, I'm half a pound away from my first half stone but will be due my period next week so just wondering what affect this normally has... do most of you sts or put on or does it not really have an affect on your wi? Would be gutted if i work hard for the last 2 weeks and then again this week to then have a set back.

I'm on the pill, so my star week is a pill-free week and I actually lose more.
I know some people find they put on water weight during star week, which comes of pretty quickly. Others lose less, or STS.
Everyone is different I guess good luck, and well done so far!

Ok appears to be spotting still new on
Me though ? I lost 4.5 at weigh in yesterday so not sure how it's gonna affect me have to wait & see how I do next week
