Um hang on for dear life I think!The first week is always the hardest I think-not so much for the actual hunger but the desperate emotional cravings for food and the lack of eating out of habit.It feels really odd to not make lunch and sit and eat for 20 minutes-a shake or a soup takes about 5 mins to get through-lol.It's literally a case of taking one day at a time,sometimes one hour at a time!
