Hi has anyone got any ideas for a cold pasta salad. At work there are 4 of us who bring in diffferent lunch on different days during the week as long as they are along the SW route. I would like to try a pasta salad for my day, but not sure what to put in or what to serve it with. Anyone got any ideas

- Tuna, onion, sweetcorn with either mayo ( has syns) or fat free yoghurt with some lemon joice and blackpepper
- make up simple tomatoe sauce with pasatta, onion, garlic, chilli - mix whilst warm and leave to cool
- diced pepper, onions, tomatoes, sweetcorn, plain pasta, fat free vinagrette
- Baby tomatoes, onions, garlic, worcester sauce, black pepper, red pepper - Roast in oven till soft - mix through penne pasta
I would serve pasta with simple salad like rocket, watercress, or riceberg lettuce, beetroot, cucumber or just rocket and a bit of balsamic dressing ?
