I've just been told superfree are best to have in the first couple weeks... So would this be fruit like berries / melon etc?? Sorry for all the questions... So hard to get my head around!! X
I only ever have toast or fruit/fruit & yoghurt for brekkie, then I snack on superfree veggies (snap peas, baby corn, baby tomatoes) or free Quorn slices and things through the morning to keep me going til lunchtime.
