Well Done! I started my diet 6 days ago but I havnt actually started doing any exercise yet ! :-( I really must as I know this will help massively !
 
I really need to start getting into my cardio again, before I stopped using the cross trainer a month ago I was able to do 40 minutes.

Well done, I now go to the gym 4 times a week doing classes and gym work each time. Its amazing how quick and addictive it becomes. I started in September using power plates, then joined a gym. On Saturday a friend said ''you can tell you go to a gym'' how cool is that, I now look like a fit (ish) person lol. Keep it up and enjoy.
