On sunday I am supposed to be on a dd
but it is afterall a sunday
I am on a dd tomorrow and am working saturday so should be easy to do a second dd then have an up day on sunday

or should I never have two dd together

I think this is a basic question so sorry if I sound dense - but its such a different way of doing things I am still trying to get my head round it

I don't think it'd be that good for you to have two dds in a row. One we can cope with, but two would be very hard and I think your body would start to go into starvation mode. Best way to turn your days around is to either have two uds in a row or an ud followed by a medium day (about half of what you have on an ud) then the dd.

Or some people have three dds a week (M,W,F) so they have the weekend as uds, that might suit you better. Don't think it effects weight loss that much either as it still keeps the SIRT1 gene activated.

OK girls thanks for that
I might do a medium day tomorrow dd on saturday and an up day on sunday

that will help tomorrow as well as I have a seven mile walk planned :)

Yes a 7 mile walk would be better on a medium day than a dd lol! Good luck with that, rather you than me hehehe!
